Brandon C. Payne
Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Brandon Payne has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery in Pueblo since 2011. Although he circled the midwest for college, dental school, medical school and residency, he returned with his family to his hometown of Pueblo to live and work. He is excited to be able to provide surgical care to the community that he grew up with, as well as the entire region of Southern Colorado.
He graduated with honors in the top of his class from University of Colorado College of Dentistry, receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). He was then accepted into the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at University of Missouri - Kansas City and graduated from the UMKC School of Medicine, receiving his Doctorate of Medicine (MD). He served as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Chief Resident at Truman Medical Center, Children's Mercy Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital.
Following residency, Dr. Brandon Payne joined his father, Dr. Wayne Payne, in clinical practice. His vision of the optimal patient experience was realized with the inception of Southern Colorado Oral & Facial Surgery (SCOFS). With attention to every detail defining Dr. Brandon Payne's philosophy, from the moment you enter SCOFS, you are intensely aware you are being treated in a state-of-the-art-facility. He has brought together a team of professionals whose focus is providing uncompromised care in an unparalleled setting.
Outside the Office
When out of the office, Dr. Payne loves to go on good Colorado adventures with his family. From Skiing at Monarch, to biking at the Pueblo Reservoir, our region just calls him to go outside and enjoy it all. Through work with his church and local organizations he and his wife Kelly love to serve the community and help grow the minds and hearts of their kids.
