Dr. Payne maintains current continuing education in his specialty and adheres to all professional standards and ethical guidelines established by his licensing boards and professional organizations. Any treatment provided by our practice is delivered by Dr. Payne or under his supervision in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointment requests submitted through our website are requests for scheduling only. Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee that an appointment will be scheduled or that it will be available on your requested date or time. We will contact you within one business day to confirm appointment availability and scheduling details. Appointment requests are subject to availability and may be declined at the discretion of our practice.

You understand that online appointment scheduling is a convenience feature and that you are responsible for providing accurate contact information. We will attempt to reach you at the phone number or email address you provide. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel your appointment request. For urgent scheduling needs or questions, please call our office directly at (719) 542-4546.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Patients who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment should provide at least twenty-four hours advance notice. We understand that life happens and schedule changes are sometimes necessary. We ask for this notice so that we can offer your appointment slot to other patients in need of care. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be charged to your account or insurance.

Multiple missed appointments without cancellation may result in the termination of your patient relationship with our practice. If you are unable to keep your appointment and cannot contact us by phone, please send an email to office@payneoms.com with your cancellation notice. You can also call (719) 542-4546 to speak with our scheduling coordinator.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to this website and these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pueblo County, Colorado. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and consent to venue in those courts.
